Saints Row: Gat out of Hell to samodzielne (nie wymaga do działania podstawowej wersji) rozszerzenie do przygodowej gry akcji Saints Row IV, która pierwotnie ukazała się w połowie 2013 roku na konsolach PlayStation 3, Xbox 360 i komputerach PC, a w 2015 roku otrzymała edycję Re-Elected na PlayStation 4 i Xboksie One. Za tytuł odpowiedzialne jest studio Volition, znane z innych odsłon serii Saints Row oraz takich tytułów, jak Red Faction i Freespace. Przy produkcji pomagała także ekipa High Voltage Software. W Gat out of Hell wcielamy się w Johnny'ego Gata, który wraz z Kinzie trafia do piekła. Naszym zadaniem jest pomóc dwójce bohaterów uratować porwanego prezydenta, którego Szatan zamierza zeswatać ze swoją córką.
