Opis:
Yakuza Zero to kolejna odsłona popularnej serii trzecioosobowych gier akcji, która została zapoczątkowana na konsoli PlayStation 2 w 2006 roku, jako japońska odpowiedź na popularność cyklu Grand Theft Auto. Podobnie jak w przypadku jej poprzednich części oraz szeregu powstałych spin-offów, za stworzenie gry odpowiada koncern SEGA.
Pod względem fabularnym Yakuza 0 stanowi swoisty prequel całego cyklu, zaś jej akcja przenosi nas do roku 1988 i ukazuje wydarzenia, jakie miały miejsce na siedem lat przed wypadkami opisanymi w pierwszej części gry. Protagonistami gry są: 20-letni członek klanu Tojo Kazuma Kiryu, oraz 24-letni biznesmen Majima Goro; obaj reprezentują zupełnie nowy dla serii typ bohatera. Pierwszy z nich jest niedoświadczonym młodzieńcem, który zajmując się odzyskiwaniem niespłaconych należności stawia pierwsze kroki w tokijskim półświatku. Drugi zaś pod pozorem legalnie prowadzonej działalności poluje na okazję powrotu do przestępczego podziemia. Oboma kierujemy naprzemiennie, jako że losy bohaterów splatają się w trakcie walki klanów o przejęcie władzy nad jedną z dzielnic miasta.
Mechanika rozgrywki nie odbiega w sposób znaczący od klimatu poprzednich części serii i bazuje w głównej mierze na modelu znanym z wspomnianego Grand Theft Auto. Na potrzeby serii Yakuza wzbogacono go jednak o rozbudowany system walki oraz specyficzny klimat Kraju Kwitnącej Wiśni. W grze nie zabrakło więc zarówno fragmentów spokojniejszych, wymagających cichego i rozważnego działania, jak i dynamicznych strzelanin oraz sekwencji bijatyk z wykorzystaniem rozmaitych wschodnich styli walki. Zabawa polega przede wszystkim na eksploracji kolejnych zaułków miasta, rozmowach z napotkanymi postaciami oraz wykonywania kolejnych, zróżnicowanych misji fabularnych. Otwarty świat gry pełen jest także elementów sandboksowych oraz dodatkowych aktywności i minigier, z których skorzystać mogą nasi bohaterowie. Całość okraszona została klimatyczną, lecz kolorową oprawą graficzną, przypominającą bestsellerowe Sleeping Dogs oraz wcześniejsze odsłony cyklu.

The glitz, glamour, and unbridled decadence of the 80s are back
in Yakuza 0.
Fight like hell through Tokyo and Osaka with protagonist Kazuma
Kiryu and series regular Goro Majima. Play as Kazuma Kiryu and
discover how he finds himself in a world of trouble when a
simple debt collection goes wrong and his mark winds up
murdered. Then, step into the silver-toed shoes of Goro Majima
and explore his "normal" life as the proprietor of a cabaret
club.
Switch between three different fighting styles instantaneously
and beat up all manner of goons, thugs, hoodlums, and lowlifes.
Take combat up a notch by using environmental objects such as
bicycles, sign posts, and car doors for bone-crunching combos
and savage take-downs.
Fighting is not the only way to kill time in 1988's Japan: from
discos and hostess clubs to classic SEGA arcades, there are tons
of distractions to pursue in the richly detailed, neon-lit
world.
Interact with the colourful denizens the red light district:
help a budding S&M dominatrix learn her profession, or ensure a
street performer can make it to the bathroom in time - there are
100 incredible stories to discover.
